一、云南省特种设备安全检测研究院主要从事锅炉(含电站锅炉)、压力容器(含液化气体铁路罐车、液化气体汽车罐车、超高压容器、医用氧舱和车用气瓶)、压力管道、电梯、起重机械、客运索道、大型游乐设施和场(厂)内专用机动车辆等各类特种设备检验、事故调查技术鉴定，锅炉定型产品能效测试和在用工业锅炉能效测试，危险化学品包装容器定期检验及特种设备有关科学技术的研究和推广工作。 二、每周一至周五为接待受理报检、领取检验资料。本院将热情周到地接待受检、受训单位或个人，做到文明用语，礼貌待人，遵守职业道德。 三、检验业务在业务大厅受理。接待人应向申报者说明办事依据、办事程序及检验所需的书面资料。对符合检验要求的，应及时安排现场检验时间，并告知现场检验时间和所需做的准备工作。 四、我院将严格按照特种设备法律法规、标准规定实施检验。 五、特种设备进出口检验及整改完毕后15个工作日内出具检验报告，并报省市场监督管理局特种设备安全监察处审批，审批后通知受检单位领取。其它检验及整改完毕后10个工作日内出具检验报告，并通知受检单位领取。 六、为便于受检单位对检验收费的了解和监督，本院官网及检务大厅公布《收费标准》及依据。 七、如果对我院的服务不满意，或有违规违纪不廉行为，可拨投诉电话：0871-64326326、0871-64326188;办公楼设有《检验服务质量廉政举报箱》，欢迎社会各界监督。     1.TheYunnanProvincialSpecialEquipmentInspectionandResearchInstitutemainlyengagesintheinspectionandaccidentinvestigationofvarioustypesofspecialequipment,includingboilers(includingpowerstationboilers),pressurevessels(includingliquefiedgasrailwaytank,liquefiedgastanktrucks,ultra-highpressurevessels,cylindersformedicaloxygencabinandcar),pressurepipelines,elevators,liftingmachinery,passengerropeways,large-scaleamusementfacilities,andfield(factory)inspecialvehiclesandother special equipment inspection，accident investigation and identification, boiler efficiency test and styling productsinindustrialboilerenergyefficiencytesting,packagingofhazardouschemicalcontainerproduction licensecertificationandinspectionandregularinspectionandspecialequipmentforscientificresearchandextension.     2. InspectionapplicationsanddocumentscanbeacceptedandcollectedfromMondaytoFriday.Ourinstitutewillwarmlywelcomeandservetheinspectedunitsorindividuals.Spokencivilizedlanguage,bepolite,abidebytheprofessionalethics.     3.Theinspectionbusinessprincipleacceptedbyeachfunctiondepartment.Thereceptionist shouldexplaintheworkingbasis,proceduresandrequiredinspectionwrittenmaterial.Ifcomplywiththerequirements,wewillarrangeinspectiontimeimmediatelyandinformtheinspectiontimeandtheworktobeprepared.  4.Wewillabidebythelaws,standardsandregulationsofspecialequipmentinspectionwhileinspection.     5.Thespecialequipmentofimportandexportreportsissuedwithin15workingdaysafter theinspectionandreporttotheProvincialAdministrationforMarketRegulation ofspecial equipmentsafetysupervisiondepartmentapproval,andthennotifiestheinspectedunitfor approval.Otherinspectionsreportswillbeissuedwithin10 daysandthennotifytheinspected units.     6.Inordertounderstandingandsupervisingtheinspectionfeefortheinspectedunit.Wehavepublishedthe"charges"andthebasisatthefinancialroom(inspectionaffairshall).     7. Ifyouarenotsatisfiedwithourservices,orifthereareanyviolationsofregulationsorethicalmisconduct,youcancallthecomplainthotline:0871-64326326,0871-64326188;our office building have setup a "report box ofinspection service quality ", we will be grateful for your supervision.
